This inn was bought a few years ago by a contractor whose intention was to FLIP IT...NOT OPERATE IT. He and his wife never wanted to be in the Country Inn business. This Country Inn is not currently being used to its full potential and is seeking a buyer who is capable of taking advantage of its capabilities.
