The personalized (in your home) seminar is $395 for up to two people, which includes the workbook and one-day tailored session.  Lengthy travel arrangements may result in some minor travel expenses.

It can be difficult to properly value a Bed and Breakfast, Country Inn, or potential B & B. True comparables are few and far between, and putting a number that the business portion of the venture contributes to the overall value is an important piece that is usually misinterpreted. The potential result? An overpriced property that sits with no buyer interest or a seller angry when he learns his "baby" sold for less than its value - two situations that are avoidable and certainly will not lead to future referrals.

This 1/2 day seminar offers the opportunity to become familiar with those steps required to successfully sell an inn. Preparation of the inns records, inspection alternatives, asset and business valuation techniques and insights, and marketing techniques will be included.
