Fee schedule and Details:
The all inclusive weekend seminar package including seminar, workbooks, personalized follow-up consultation, meals, breaks, and wine and cheese reception is only $495.00 for two people or $375.00 for a single. Dinner our first evening together is fun and casual; Saturday night is a more upscale yet relaxed affair, and you are the guests of The B&B Team for both, plus your lunch on Saturday.
- Lodging (which includes breakfasts) to be booked separately with the Inn. Preferred rates have been arranged for seminar attendees.
In addition to the seminar itself, as a seminar graduate you will be eligible for a personal, half day modeling session with one of us at one of our offices or over the phone.
Upon confirmation of your seminar registration we will provide you with information as to making your lodging reservations. Attendees should plan on checking in as close to 3:00 PM as possible as the Opening Session will begin at 4:00 PM Friday afternoon. Please plan on departing after 2:30 PM on Sunday if you participate in the local inn tours.

The personalized seminar is $395 (if held in Ocean City, MD) for up to two people (plus $100 for each additional attendee...invite a friend!), or $495 if held in your home which includes the workbook, lunch and the one-day tailored session.

It can be difficult to properly value a Bed and Breakfast, Country Inn, or potential B & B. True comparables are few and far between, and putting a number that the business portion of the venture contributes to the overall value is an important piece that is usually misinterpreted. The potential result? An overpriced property that sits with no buyer interest or a seller angry when he learns his "baby" sold for less than its value - two situations that are avoidable and certainly will not lead to future referrals.
This 1/2 day seminar offers the opportunity to become familiar with those steps required to successfully sell an inn. Preparation of the inns records, inspection alternatives, asset and business valuation techniques and insights, and marketing techniques will be included.
